Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped me return my forgotten jewelry during my first stay. I highly recommend it! Coming back for Christmas!

Huge hotel with marvellous location short walk to all the shops on 16th street and including LODO. Lots of food at the continental breakfast. Tidy room with Starbucks coffee, large windows and Wi-Fi. Conveniently located by an enclosed bridge, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Needed to add more seating around the pool.

The laundry service app failed to recognize my international phone number, and the staff was unwilling to help me resolve it.

They gave me a new-fashioned room with a beautiful view and the bottled water, for instance.

Convenience to shops

Information about airport shuttle was wrong, there is no shuttle, so it cost me an additional $50 + to stay there. I wouldn't have stated there if I knew there was no shuttle - that was a major selling point for me

The king room with city view was cozy and clean. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and relaxing spots for coffee, offering a unique experience. The staff were attentive, everything was to my liking.

The coffee at the bar could have been better.

well located in center

Booking via Booked.net was not known by the hotel, toilet was not clean, towel neither, hotel offered 25 dollar discount for this. As an SPG (starwood preferred guest, so a loyal customer) I find this not a generous gesture. Room was dated, wifi expensive. SPG,s should have free wifi for choosing Sheraton

Bathroom shower handle and the toilot handle was broken.

great access to parks and landmarks for weekend strolls

I appreciated that my room was nice and clean and the hotel was just a few steps from civic center park, perfect for a leisurely morning walk before checking out the nearby denver art museum, less than a 15-minute stroll away. It would be nice if the parking area was brighter and more conveniently connected to the hotel.

The outdoor pool was freezing! We were looking forward to using it, but I wish it would have been heated more.

We liked the mall location, all the staff, convenient parking and the smartness of the room.

We were disappointed in having no refrigerator or microwave. The dreser was very small and could hold very little and not enough for one person. The food was not up the the standards of the hotel or the cost.

I enjoyed the beautiful, accessible common areas. The staff was attentive, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions, and the hotel maintained a clean, inviting atmosphere throughout my stay.
